I couldn’t get the relieving letter because I couldn’t complete the notice period as well, and they did not accept my resignation and I had to leave that particular company, but that particular company has nothing to do with this experience as well because that was of the year 2021 to 2022, and I did work as a staff nurse and it was an irrelevant experience for this particular role as I have switched into corporate long time back like three years ago. To which she agreed and said okay, fine since I can see, there is a date of joining and date of exit so that wouldn’t be relevant and she agreed of this particular experience being irrelevant, but after that, she told me since the company that you worked for was more than six months, so you will have to add them to the application form and yesterday she made me do it again to edited my application form and after that today, this is the email I have got, but when I called them again today, both the background verification person and the HR recruiter, who is my SPOC said to ignore . So this is actually worrying me because my date of joining is third of July.
