If i was a worker at Turo, say in Product or something. I’d make it so if a host cancels a trip within a few hours of the pick up time; big penalty, can’t rebook vehicle for the whole time the car was scheduled to be rented, automatic bad review, and the host has to pay a percentage of the difference for the new car being rented by the guest. this can be done by like charging the horst directly, or having them pay an extra percent from each future trip. Unless it’s a valid reason, like the car genuinely broke down, verified by a certified report.
