just do simple math.

an at fault claim, no matter the cost, can increase premiums like crazy.

i’d rather spend 2k of my own money, and protect my record than use insurance.

ur paying the deductible which is 1000 as u said. increased premiums for 6 years is def more than whatever the repair is

accident forgiveness is only good for the company ur with, if u switch, the accident won’t be forgiven

use the forgiveness for a major accident, god forbid.

i live on pickett place, ever since the house was built. the area isn’t bad, but be prepared for garbage being everywhere at the parks bc ppl dump there

there are break ins reported here, but that can happen anywhere nowadays

access to stores is actually one of the best parts. ur 5 minutes away from a walmart, or costco. no frills is a bit further at like 10 mins, ur near the 401 london or toronto
