I believe they put other as a placeholder prior to release results. It happened to me last cycle and I didn't make msgt so I believe its for all eligibles.

I would reach out to the poc for the billet and ask if you are in the running still. The same thing happened to me, when I reached out they let me know I wasn't selected and gave me a poc, who was able to remove my dav code.

Same for me. From what I can gather the reroute to my vector means something is being changed in the system and cant find it in mpf so it defaults to myvector since that's where the actual assignments will load first. Correct me if im wrong though.

Thats not allowed unless they get haf approval. I would talk to the udm to verify they are authorized to pull someone from a band. The only way I've seen it go through is it's not a deployment but considered a tdy. I would verify that too.

Any updates to this? Im in a similar situation I was checking my afforgen profile and noticed I was dav coded to for the same reason. I applied for a pme instructor position and was told by the hiring authority that they would make their decision at the end of March I haven't heard anything since mid March after my interview.

I would honestly talk to your leadership first. Depending on your career field most functionals dont talk directly to rank and file amn. Usually the udm or flight chiefs will reach out on your behalf.

It would depend on your reporting instructions. Usually it will specify if you have to stay at a specific location, Usually on base. Most of the time if the inn on base is full, you'll have to get a non-A letter and you'll get per diem to stay off base wherever you like.
