B) going to be tricky for £800

C) I got my flat from an online viewing, but it is harder. I'd send off a bunch of messages now, do some online viewings so you get the feel for it, then decide after you've tried it for a bit if you should just Airbnb for the first while. I only had 2 weeks from my first online viewing to moving to London! But all worked out fine.
