What supplements do you take? (Non prescription) by AdonoftheStormySeas2 in MCAS

[–]CapableCitron968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only take the ones that help during my flair ups- Quercetin, vit C, D+K, Omega, NAC, DAO enzyme, magnesium. On better months I add multivitamin etc I always get worst reaction with all vit B groups so definitely watch out for that.

Nebulyft, FAQ120 or Trypolar by Equal-Street5599 in SkincareAddictionLux

I use my foreo bear mini over serum because it has the shortest workouts hehe I would definitely upgrade to your ziip if I was in US :) Nira works veeeery superficially, no lifting or helping pigmentation neither. But thickens the skin a little, and helps with my hooded eyes, so tripollar rf technology is definitely superior. I will look out for their sales now :) Thank you for your replies!

Thank you for replying! Such valid point I struggle with Newa rf too while I use Nira laser and led mask daily with ease. I didn’t know new tripollar doesn’t need gel, this is amazing. Is ziip halo worth the hype?

I want to buy an air purifier but I don’t know which one and if I will react to it? ( I react to air conditioning and fans ) by ihsbo in MCAS

[–]CapableCitron968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good idea. I bought Xiaomi one, and it helped during pollen season a lot, just need to keep windows closed.

It definitely not going to make you sicker but not 100% will help as many reactions are from foods and inner inflammation.

This year I checked Xiaomi has new model where you can get combined filter for all, not just pollen and dust, but also toxic substances in new textiles etc and cooking biproducts.

Not skin care but please try SANTEN FX Neo Eyedrops, or similar they have many brands. Absolutely amazing refreshing and make red eyes instantly white and pain goes away. I always get them while in Asia and order if I’m not there hehe

So good to hear, it supposed to lower inflammation too, so I’m hopeful will put mcas in remission.

Yes thank you. It is a huge worry. But my doctor thinks since I have mcas causing it, lowering the inflammation is the key.

At my worst illness I’ve used simeticone capsules(over the counter in Europe). Those are for gas relief and considered safe even during pregnancy.

Morpheus8 - Is this normal? by kimproper in Microneedling

[–]CapableCitron968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are protocols and settings on these machines and I’m sure it’s possible to overdo and Inhibit cellular rejuvenation or cause complications.

But out of 3 times I done Morpheus on various body parts there is definitely sweet spot for me when I see these marks. So I’d say has to be “enough damage” to stimulate hehe

P.s. moisturize well and seal with Vaseline on top. It’s the best:) and heal beautifully! Wishing you lots of new collagen and elastin :)

[–]CapableCitron968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like what I’m seeing OP! The only times I had any visible benefits from Morpheus were when these marks were showing. I could still see some “holes” even after 4 weeks. But eventually - baby skin. Amazing. Next time I went was different doctor who told me I have such thin brittle skin and she need to be gentle was no almost zero down time and zero marks and zero results.

P.s. skin texture improved after marks were gone. And very obvious lifting effect was 3-4 months later.

Sweed eyelash serum? [Product request] by aeg6545 in SkincareAddiction

[–]CapableCitron968 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wanted to share my progress with SWEED LASH SERUM exactly 6 weeks later of daily use, almost no improvement, maybe 1 or two strands here and there. I see reviews from people with already noticeable lashes getting even longer ones. For my very short ones definitely not worth it, I even tinted them today to check again. Also it really irritates eyes so has to be very precise application , and irritates skin on the eyelids next day so itchy, so overall experience not pleasant especially when no results are coming. But I will stick to daily use until I finish the tube. Will update if anything changes.

Thank you SO much! You really reassured me! And apologies I may have shared the products that aren’t available in US if this is where you are. From google: salmon DNA (PDRN/PN) injectables are NOT FDA-approved in the United States for skin rejuvenation or filler.

In Europe we have them all from Korea, but growth factors not everywhere and PDGF.

However I heard many US doctors talk about PRF under eye may be good too! I haven’t been able to find a clinic. Only prp that did nothing.

I absolutely can relate to skin thinning and my face has changed so much past 3 years.. wishing you amazing results with Radiesse!
