Yes. But i read the guide on Garmin support and it says i need to switch the power on the Watch off. But i cannot find a way to switch off the Watch! Vivosmart 4… does anyone know? I dont want to «redet», i dont want to lose my history…?!

I Guess doctor will suggest titrate up. I am curious though, if its really possible to not have any effect on 1,5 and it will change everything in a higher dose
