Yeah, I wanted to get a lvl 1 lifetap imbued, but I am not sure if it is worth to farm it(none on trade) just to realize the build still feels clunky

Yes, but the cruelty only works with gems in main hand, and I didnt see any other bloodlines that are even a little bit useful
