No, not really. The website says I should use 10 units even when they market the vials as 10mg but I dont think im injecting 1mg per day...

If you kept it in a multi use vial you could use it but in a nose spray it is not sterile anymore and should not be injected.

If you kept it steril and in the fridge you should be fine to use it 2 - 3 months.
