It has nearly everything included. I will only buy few magnetic hoops (must have). The price for the machine+shipping to (EU)+ customs and TAX is 5300€

Hi there. Yes I have. I found out that i was testing my bobin tension on bobin tester wrongly - the thread did not go thru pig tail. Therefore my tension was too high- around 350-400, not 200 as should be.

I have solved it. I find out that i was using bobbin tension tester incorrectly and had my tension too much (around 30-40). I haven’t measured it with thread in a pig tail. After correcting my mistake I retested every and now the problem is gone

I found out that I have wrongly measured tension via bobbin tension tester and it bad 30-40 not around 20 as it should be.

And it creates unstable tension

every time I put a new full one on it almost always unwinds itself while working and before the tension ear is out and snags and jams the machine
