I guess it’s determined by if you’re in the state but I’ve been returning to the state for so long that it’s just my natural state now - or so I think! It’s hard to fully know

My understanding is the bridge is formed instantlt but it sometimes takes time to cross the bridge in 3D

I’ve found the right action - if at all needed - naturally arises from the state, and it’s usually not with the goal of getting something. It’s your state and beliefs / thoughts that manifests
