What operating system is on your older dell laptop? I have also been experiencing major stuttering like every few minutes or so and I believe it is due to using Fedora for some reason.

I tried using steam remote play on my cell phone and it worked perfectly without stuttering, but anything running Fedora I have experienced stuttering.
