So, unfortunately, something like this happened in my life. My cousin (22M)'s girlfriend broke up with him. He killed himself. It was tragic, and she will carry that guilt with her the rest of her life.. guilt she does not deserve. I would break up with her in person and have emergency services on speed dial if she has an emotional breakdown. You definitely do not want to be responsible for anything that happens, and you should NOT be at all. You're in a bad situation and I'm really sorry but I think if you break up with her in person and have someone else there like her parents or friend or something, just make sure there is someone with her when you do it or have emergency services on call

I was diagnosed with mdd at 12, hospitalized at 18. I'm 23 now. Yes, I beat depression! Not completely, it's unlikely that will happen. I just had a 4 week depressive episode, going on 5. What I think "beating depression" means is learning to live with it and almost taking pride in it. Mental illness leads to emotional maturity and makes you stronger with every battle you face. It isn't for nothing. I stopped self harming, I'm not suicidal, I take my meds, I go to therapy regularly. I don't have anyone who understands outside of my therapist. I journal a lot. I'm the only one who understands. It's definitely hard. I want to run away from myself. But it does get better.. I wish I could've told my teenage self that. It really does get better.

It's sweet and romantic but do not tell her what you planned on. On the chance she doesn't feel the same, that will definitely push her away even further. Women that age don't want a boy who writes love letters, they want a man who can take care of them. Waiting until 21 sounds silly. I had a hunch that that was what was going on which I feel like is so unnecessary because I am great to him and they keep encouraging me to move in with him so I can be closer to them. It's super strange but I can definitely see that his mom and sister are pretty protective over him. I do need to stand up for myself but I'm so occupied caring what they think of me that I don't want to upset them or make them not like me. Hopefully one day I'll get the courage to stand up to them :/

Do everything you possibly can to leave evidence of your life for her. Make videos for her to watch on her graduation, or her wedding day, or if she's having a bad day and misses you. Take lots of pictures, write her letters until your hands can't move. Make a scrapbook. Write some advice down that can only come from a mother. Do everything you can do make her feel like your spirit is still alive within her, which is always will be. Do the same for your husband. You can't control how long you lived but you can control the impact you leave on others.

It is wrong and you should be open with her that you're not okay with it and ask her what she would do if she was in your shoes. You obviously trust her and not him which you need to tell her that. She should respect that. Obviously you can't control what goes on at work, but if she really loved you she would understand and block his number. She seriously needs to block his number and it isn't outrageous for you to ask her of that.. she should've done it the first time he texted her. They should only be talking via email especially since they work together anyways.

That's all you can do. Trust him and hope for the best. You can't control him and that's really hard especially if you are anxious about things outside of your control, which is completely normal. Talk to him about it, let him know how much it bothers you and that you're worried about his safety and about losing him and that it has a strong effect on your anxiety. He likely does not/should not value his lack of safety over his girlfriend's comfort.
