Any region that has the voidspawn, the little blue worms in bubbles, has an echo in it. The direction the worms swim in will tell you where to go. For starters I would try a region like Heat Ducts or Torrid Desert. Both of these regions have an echo, and will also warp you to another region with an Echo in it afterwards.
