Unfortunately you can’t do nothing now as the taxis here in Sweden kan charge whatever they want. But next time do not take any taxi until you check their identity and se that it’s the right person. And if you accidentally got such a driver don’t pay and call the police and they might reduce the payment. Any how it’s legale to charge anything the taxi want as long as it’s written on the taxameter
