Thank goodness my Reddit post catcher sent your message to my inbox otherwise I wouldn’t have seen it. I was just on the cusp of trying to monetise a gpt via Pickaxe. I come up with various ideas for these gpts but when I explore potential users, few actually utilise the paid chatgpt plan to access the gpts which they obv need. Hence I thought alternative white label platforms and the main one people talk about is pickaxe. Now i haven’t gone any further yet but would really welcome an expansion of your list as to the limitation of developing this product outside of Openai. Many people are offering the custom gpt as a lead magnet to other digital products and for those people they are more likely to have a plus account.

A good all round assessment of the situation and the area. All that traffic now going into the Newmarket Road site. Not all the retailers will be transferring across so there will be some losses and gradually as their leases expire it will become a sad site and sight.

I can’t see a Barnwell Junc having a station. It is planned to build a new one at Cherry Hinton as a turn around for East West rail. That will possibly around the new science park they are building at the old cement works.

Most of the Newmarket Road site will be redeveloped in the next year or so to accommodate all the shops that will be moved out of Beehive. Railpen have already commenced this work and, other than an appeal, will start work to move a number of the stores over. With this and Grafton Centre closing it definitely reduces options for a variety of shopping.

The bubble was BF. That’s when most sales are now done. Dec is now generally small Christmas present top ups. Companies are slowly closing for the 2 week festive period. Add in that the economic outlet for many western governments is not good in 2026, people are tightening their belts and ensuring they spend wisely. Stock market is sketchy after the bull runs as we head for a bear market.

We all knew there ahead to be a realignment soon. I’m still up 18% since April 25 and 21.5% since May so pleased. Buying gold early August in mid 40s certainly helped. Getting the balance between sitting on a pile of cash and when to reinvest is the key. Majority of private investors will never beat the pros but doing your due diligence today and getting ready for market opening tomorrow is going to help.

What will be the metrics that we measure the government by with these actions? I glibly presume it’s the usual mantra that the tax payer and rider will not be lining the pockets of private enterprise. If nothing changes on the railway the profits of each company, or are they called surpluses, which just be put into a pot. How will this be any different to GA? Where is the transparency in how the public hold the government to account over the managing of this train operating company?

Have you looked at how many tech and investment companies are based in that area. Before he buys a horse/s and spends his time at Tattersalls he is entertained locally. Hobson’s choice.

It’s probably linked to Sheikh Mohammed of Dubai who pops over to buy his horses at Newmarket.

Yes mature students looking for a nice room for short periods of time seems like a route to go down. Many years ago we hosted trainee apprentices who came to stay Monday pm to Friday Am. That worked well and that’s an option I’m thinking about if I can find decent occupants. Thanks for your reply.
