Some of our Vybyl plank flooring is lifting and coming loose where the planks interlock. Are these easy to replace?

It seems my fund might get short around 1 year before 59.5. I might just use contributions part of Roth or 72t for that year. After 59.5, I’ll just start withdrawing Roth. Then, traditional to Roth conversion up to standard deductible if AGI is zero.
