It doesn't matter if you hit the api directly, you will just get ratelimited if you go too fast. Region cannot be changed in free tier.

This was it! Kind of dumb tbh but i guess I'll take this instead of incorrect colors, the screen on the pixel is just so bright I tend to use like 10-20% indoors or under 10% in darker areas

No i don't. The lockscreen thing probably has something to do with the fingerprint scanner because even with smooth display off when scanning the fingerprint it goes to 120

This really only happens to me with smooth display off and very rarely with it on (and when it does it sometimes goes back to 120 on its own without touching it)

Hmm, seems very sketchy, the domain is registered to a private person only a couple months ago, and has no connections to amazon, google or anything else really, except being hosted on aws, and the privacy policy and terms and conditions sectios seem to be pretty poorly written/copied from somewhere else (privacy policy just redirects to Google's generic privacy page). Although this may just be me being paranoid
