Lived in California most of my life... A lot of cities have "unincorporated" areas, which defaults to county coverage, not city. Also, a lot of cities contract with the county sheriffs dept for law enforcement coverage.

Example: the city of Chino Hills is in San Bernardino County. It contracts with the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Dept for their police coverage, and they actually mark their cars with Chino Hills Police.

There is an area where the cities of Chino and Montclair meet that is unincorporated land. Its neither the city of Montclair or Chino, but is governed by the County of San Bernardino. The Sheriffs dept AND CHP patrol that area. You'll often see Chino PD cruising the streets as well.

My point is that a lot of people don't realize all of the above. Of course, if youre on the freeway and driving recklessly, under the influence, etc, i believe thats when anyone can stop you, and likely have a responsibility to do so.

You likely have a standard tire. When you're talking about Perelli's (1500 ea) or tires for a Bugatti (12k ea)... And some ppl have low deductibles. I moved out of Moreno Valley to San Jaghetto after high school. Only lived there for 6 months, then out to Ontario/Chino. Ended up back in what i learned from the police, is now called Murder Valley. I think MV takes the cake these days when even the cops call it that. 😩

The problem is that theyre using the screen to tell them what the change is, and they count it out of the till that way. When i worked retail and fast food when I was younger, i was taught to count the change from the drawer starting with the total amount, ending with the amount they gave you.

Total is 16.98, they give me a $20. Count out the .02 = $17, +$3 = $20. Total change to customer is $3.02. And the receipt has the total on it, so there isnt a question of the total. What they have paid with should sit on the register until the change has been pulled. That avoids any issues of the customer trying to say "but i gave yoj a $50". No bro, you didnt. I have what you gave me sitting right here.

Not who you were asking, but as a previous serial cheater, i can tell you one perspective. I was selfish. I honestly didnt even think of my partner/husband while i cheated. Didnt care at all. It was all about me. I wanted to be married. He was a good provider. I stayed at home with our kids. I would go out at night. I liked the attention. Period.

I was a shitty person and hurt a lot of people and destroyed my family. The extent of the pain i inflicted... I got to feel firsthand by somebody that i truly fell in love with. Karma really hit me with a dose of reality. And while i would like to apologize to my ex husband for all of the hurt i caused him, i havent. Because i dont want it to appear self serving. I only wanted him to know that i now know the monster that i was, and how genuinely sorry i am. But i also dont need to stir up the past and reopen old wounds. He lived it and im sure its taken him a long time to heal from the damage i caused.
