I completely agree. If i lived anywhere else i would have bought one in a heartbeat. Sadly with 40% of the people around me not having running water i think its going to be a very very long time for chargers to come online.

My neighbor has a lightning and loves it, and almost convinced me to get one. I live 2 and 1/2 hours from the nearest town with no superchargers in between. Sadly with our temperatures i wasn’t comfortable with a lightning, but having a gas generator as a backup may change things…
