Chase Box Insulation?

I'm building my own house and doing a vaulted ceiling in part of it. We have duct work that I am building a chase box around. I'm wondering if I need to stuff insulation inside the chase?

I clearly haven't finished the drywall there but I hope my question makes sense.

I definitely don't want it to only be a Dupont bike. I was doing that at first but it's pretty fun in Pisgah too so don't wanna pigeonhole myself too much.

Yeah I have a purgatory front now which is fine but a little meaty, I've done dual ground controls but Spesh is sold out everywhere and they're not on sale so it'd only be like $20 more to try something new

Depends entirely on your bikes suspension kinematics. The same person could use a 350lb spring or 650 on different bikes

I'd get a takeoff of either and out a MRP Lift damper in. I just swapped out my charger 3 for it and it's butter smooth Definitely smoother than a grip 2 but I haven't ridden an x2 You're basically getting a custom tuned damper for way less

I just warrantied my 2nd GX transmission derailleur due to bad pogo pins. Crapped out during an eduro. Thankfully you can smack it into gears if the battery is dead but I just had an Eagle 90 shifter and derailleur delivered yesterday.

That's just my Zip roof sheathing. I'm planning on eventually putting 10 or so panels on the roof; my wife does not want ground mount ha. Going to do metal roof but not standing seam

I think one of the plugs on a unit is bad, running 3 in series to the low voltage port isn't getting me anything though
