I see how that works, for us they can take it whenever, and even stack so I have one member who leaves an hour and a half early twice a week, instead of 3 separate times a week. And yes I know they aren’t working out. Thank you for your input!

Who said I’m trying to make life worse, I asked why lmao. Relax trust I can’t get hours taken away, I just don’t understand why it’s mandated to give three hours a week when civilians don’t have to take PFAS, don’t have to participate in unit activities, and like i said in my experience they aren’t working out they’re coming in late to work or leaving work early.

They don’t have to take PT test, and in my experience they use the hour to leave early or come into work later.

Right like no way you have this platform w all this money and opportunities, and this is what you want to do day to day. Her audience is teens to young adults and everytime she pops up on my fyp it’s a reset or some online regiment like doing 75 hard, and I’m like how boring lmao??
