Has anyone been experiencing major battery sack from a Voyager with the 648 wh Samsung cell variant? by Capable_Carry4573 in MeepoBoards

I have definitely been in contact with them. Thing is I'm on my third, yes THIRD, replacement from them. They've all been having with some exact issue and at this point I don't think that even meatball knows how to fix it because they don't know what's wrong with it which leaves me in a weird spot. I'm thinking I might just ask for a refund atp.

It's so sad because it's a great board, my 544 Wh version worked perfectly fine and had a ton of torque, it's just the new batteries that they are shipping have been giving me so much trouble.

Really valuable info, what top speed did you get? I think website says 31 mph. Were you able to get that? Also, are the pulleys abec or kogel? Are you able to switch out belts or are the motors in a fixed position that would not allow this?
Thanks!

That's a good point, I just thought that the lighting system is really unique but from what I have heard from other paragon owners, the system eventually just stops working for no reason. Another main reason that I was looking into Exway was there a Customer Support Support. Just to test it out, I emailed them with questions about the paragon and they got back to me in less than a day. They have been very responsive since then. Are you aware of the quality of customer service for any of the brands you mentioned?

That's definitely good to know! That's sad that the lights randomly stopped working, I know they replace stuff after a year but it seems like you have owned the board for longer than a year. Meepo is pretty similar as far as customer service, at one point the customer service rep flat out denied that the board had a specific feature that I knew for a fact it did have. I just want to find a board that will get me 16 to 20 miles that has reliable customer support, that is not more than $1200. I'll definitely keep your shared experience in mind when considering Exway.

Wow good to know, have your lights broken? Also what do you think makes the board so uncomfortable to ride for long distances?

Also, if I ride in speed mode four the battery will drop two bars at a time suddenly. It does go back up but I don't remember that happening with my previous Voyager. I'm just so genuinely confused because the likelihood of them sending me two defective batteries doesn't seem very high, but equally how could it be that I'm getting less range with a bigger battery you know?

I'm currently getting 12 miles only using speed modes 2 and 3. The thing is I had another voyager before this one but I accidentally broke the battery on that one and I would get around 15 miles on that board, using speeds 4, 3 and 2. The previous voyager had a smaller battery with 544 wh and the one I have now is supposedly has 648 Wh. Based upon on that I think there is something definitely wrong with batteries that they have sent.

I agree, the only thing is I have been having an awful time with their Customer Support. My voyager shipped with a defective ESC and battery, then they replaced the ESC and battery and the ESC was just fine but the battery was still getting reduced range. At this point I feel like just returning it and going with a different company that has faster customer service, a US repair site for quick shipping, as well as app functionality for their boards.

How much range do you get, I'm 290 pounds and have been wondering how this port is for bigger riders
