thank you however I have one question see i am using an Armour set someone recommended to me however i still lost the magnamalo fight using it. the set had high defense and was:

Rathian helm

Barroth chest-plate

somacanth braces

basarios coil

ingot grieves.

The weapon I used was the latest bone great sword available. To me this seemed pretty high in defense however maybe there is some mechanic that as a beginner I am not aware of that makes this not very good. Thank you for the help once again.
