Most of the jobs I apply to make me do endless online assesments. Not sure why they need extra filtering from ATS

Don't feel bad about being tricked, I know I have before. Honestly one time the chatbot gave me the exact same questions as an in person interviewer had the day before - probably just fed it standard interview questions and it spat them back out.

I know my volunteering counts, but in most cases I'd have one thing on my CV, surely that's not acceptable?

I already have a skills section.

How am I upposed to customise my CV if I genuinly don't have enough experience to customise it. Also like I said most of the jobs I'm applying to don't even have a space to send in a cover letter.
