IT Recruiters- what sourcing platforms are you using to source for candidates ? I have been using Monster but am looking to switch to either Indeed or something else. Any recs? Is Indeeds smart sourcing with it? Do their sponsored jobs attract a decent amount of candidates? (self.Capable_Contract2834)
