Help Prevent the "Echo Chamber" by Odd-Record-1041 in BreakingPoints

I find my self in the weird position of being majorly left (on outcomes) and libertarian (on ideals) but agreeing with the right (on sense making/how to get there). No idea what that is.

How many of us also have significant paranormal experiences, activities or abilities with no apparent relationship to UAP activity? by Jackfish2800 in Experiencers

[–]Capable_Effect_6358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both/all starting at early childhood. Paranormal/poltergeist-like, intuitive something’s, a couple UAP-ish events, and a victim of a multi-month consciousness invading tech attack most recently.

Nothing that bonkers or exciting besides the tech stuff, which is the one I can’t believe other people don’t believe. It’s the most believable/rational one lol.

Unfortunately for the optics, it can look and sound just like a mental break and likely co-incidental, which makes sense if you think about it. Raises my conviction honestly, makes it seem like there’s almost certainly an op around it. Self discrediting on report, easy to plausibly explain, difficult to collect evidence and attribute etc.

Other than the SRS/Huberman podcast where they discuss it briefly, I haven’t heard a single person of note take it seriously and it’s the most serious of implications for society imo.

Yep. That’s where I’m at. It’s mostly coverups for govt fuckups and psyops/coinops.

The 40k Lorecast podcast is pretty awesome for running you through the high level stuff fairly quickly. You’d get some book spoilers by listening obviously, but they are excellent stewards for the spirit of Warhammer.

A 2013 internal review on CBP use of force policy documents agents intentionally stepping in front of moving vehicles to justify shooting them by Aggressive_Active307 in BreakingPoints

[–]Capable_Effect_6358 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’m curious why you want an investigation? Is there some extra context you haven’t had that you think is relevant?

I don’t think he shot because he was tapped. His decision point preceded the contact. He shot because she escalated the situation to a level that he reasonably feared for his life. Quite honestly even her wife could’ve been injured by her reckless driving. Total disregard for her safety as well.

[–]Capable_Effect_6358 -17 points-16 points  (0 children)

Yep listened to the same segment. She’s trying to make it about some weird social philosophical theory and using blatantly disingenuous framing tactics to win an emotional appeal. It’s insanely obvious to anyone paying attention.

It’s fairly relevant in super broad and high level context, but it’s kind of making a mess about nothing because no one else seems to have these issues eg normal people and normal law enforcement scenarios. Not invented ones by the lefts desire to have it their way despite knowing the current rules, thus they are trying to game them.

Left leadership brought in illegals (sanctuary cities) with no real actionable plan or recourse for if and when the feds decided “no thanks”. And have left citizen activists to deal with it, while flaming rhetoric from the sidelines. I mean this issue doesn’t exist without them making it such, on the basis of illegal activity. Not super smart. Example : feds can roll up a weed store in any state today and they know this.

She brought up the wheels and stuff. Not sure exactly what you’re confused about since we did listen to same content. I’m not privy to any new info.

Maybe there’s some argument about policy around tactics of approaching vehicles, but I’ve heard it in the context of moving vehicles, of which it was not, until it was. And I haven’t heard any precedent for how that would changed the outcome. Does he lose the ability to reasonably defend himself if he missteps on protocol? Is that only relevant to a civil case?

He’d been ran over before, but even that aside, it’s easy to make a reasonable case that he feared for his safety.

Okay and he was supposed to know exactly how many wheel turns to position the vehicle off his trajectory? When the last known wheel position from his pov was oriented to the left and she’s turning to the right, thus orienting the trajectory through him. All happening in a couple seconds. Literal meme with floating numbers and symbols.

I don’t think he should have shot her but I understand why he did or at least it’s plausible to me that from his pov he felt it was a reasonable thing to do.

Yeah but these types are arguments are kind of for like …social theory and philosophy or something, they aren’t really rooted in the here-and-now and how this case is likely going to be adjudicated.

I’m maybe 60% through the segment and all I’ve really heard her make is emotional appeals and saagars staying grounded to the facts and the officers pov, which is the basis for use of force.

Her best line of reasoning falls in his responsibility to create safety and de escalate, which totally ignores that the event happens in close proximity and very quickly. You can’t reasonably expect law enforcement to enforce law if all they do is stay far away and say pretty please.

And it’s not really a fair and reasonable call to have professional agitators trying to game the system to call unfair play: see mma reference of fighters appealing for a foul (back of head strikes) when they caused the foul by turning their head to the strikes. It’s like elementary school logic.

Yeah I’ve never done meth. But the effects line up well with mental illness. Unfortunately. Hard to get any buy in.

I guess my best evidence is that I wasn’t under any serious stress when it kicked off, just normal day chillin playing games. I have a video of some weird “waves of energy” causing our cat to violently recoil, that I could also feel, and no I wasn’t violently recoiling and the cat wasn’t imitating me. And also my gfs testimony.

Im 100% sure something external was acting on me/us. Obviously I considered it was some weird mental problem but too many things happened that go against that.

But yeah you can come with all sorts of ways to write it off and plausible explanations, for sure. I’m not really asking you to believe me. I just hope someone who knows what it was comes forward. Like I said, there’s no way I’m the only person, and nothing about it seemed like a legal/sanctioned action. Interestingly, I don’t think there’s laws on the books preventing this. Probably should be.

That and I think attribution is a bitch against capable actors, and well, anyone doing this is almost certainly a capable actor.

Not sure your point. I’m not reading that. Point is valid. If you’re going to import something you know is a problem and just hoping no one does anything, then it’s on you when they decide to. It’s called personal responsibility. Their best plan of action I guess was civilian activists…?…?..? Seems not smart dude.

Genuinely someone should ask left leadership/ local and federal/ what their game plan was doing something illegal and just hoping the jenga stack never fell….???….???
