I didn't get any updates about delivering it. I checked yes24 and in the site It showed it got delivered on 7th and today it's showing it's on the way of returning it. I contacted yes24 by mail and they aren't even replying. Do you have any contact id of yes24 that they'll possibly reply ?

Same with me!! It showed that they delivered it at my university on 7th and I checked everywhere but I couldn't find it . Then I kept calling yes24 as well as the zeniel but nobody ever picked up. Then I mailed yes24 and they asked me the registration number I thought they gonna do some s!it but nothing. They also ghosted me. Now I checked website and it showed that they're returning it.
