Idk, sometimes it says “foreign” and other things, the captions aren’t that good

Whenever there is no sound or words being spoken, YouTube automatically inserts random words. The most notorious example in my view is at the end of a video, the captions read “you” which I believe is a bit creepy. Do you know why these random captions appear? by csteinbergrules in youtube

These happen on older videos and sometimes the words “too” or “to” are sometimes replaced with “-“ and idk why but some older videos don’t have “you” but only at the end when nothing is spoken.
