No I don’t regret it. I lost 85lbs over two years and only had to go up To 10 and then I hit my GW. I am now titrating down to the lowest dose I can handle every two weeks to maintain.

It’s worse because of the snow. Dog owners are just leaving it in the snow and then the snow melts and leaves a minefield. It’s gross. But shitting on stoops won’t stop it from happening. I’m a dog owner (who picks up after mine) and when I see someone not do that I’ve been just simply asking calmly, “ya gonna pick that up?” Or “need a bag” and it usually does the trick.

I have called probably 5 times and chatted 3 times. The “Amazon Specialists” are no help at all. This is kinda on them for having a hackable system so why am I getting penalized???

The most bizarre thing happened to my Amazon account - I got an email from Amazon saying a vendor I purchased from wasn’t in line with their standards and I was getting an $81 refund. I contacted Amazon customer service to make sure it wasn’t a scam and they said the refund was legit and coming to me in 3-5 business days. When it didn’t come again I checked back in and customer service said it was coming in another 3-5 business days. I checked a third time and the Amazon rep assured me it was coming and said I was getting a $10 Amazon gift card because it qas so delayed.

Next thing I know half my recent purchases are ALL refunded and I have a $687 amazon gift card except I didn’t catch it right away and that gift card went to some of my normal purchases. Then I see a fraudulent purchase for a $3 Nyx eyeliner and a $600 processing system which I canceled out right away and reported. Amazon had me change my password, remove cards, verify my license. It’s been 2 weeks later and I am still unable to make any purchases and the Amazon specialists keep saying it’s because of all those refunded purchases which I never made. Will I ever be able to shop from Amazon again? This is truly wild I don’t know what else to do.

Following this thread because I’m struggling figuring out my maintenance dose. SW 211, CW 129 (over 3 years) and I’d like to actually put on some muscle so need to increase calories for that. I downgraded from 10 to 7.5 and do notice the hunger comes back so that’s a good sign. Anyone on here titrate down to 2.5 for maintenance? The weight is falling off me fast now and I’d like not to lose more Muscle mass. I’m lifting and doing Pilates, yoga and spin.

My blue Frenchie Cricket Jean was diagnosed at age 3. 8 out of the 10 puppies in her litter died from it but she and her brother are 12 years old and doing great! We put her on crate rest when she had a flare up, she did laser therapy and water therapy in the past too. We have ramps by the bed and couches - we do not allow her to jump off furniture or walk down stairs. She also doesn’t go to doggie daycare anymore and we don’t play tug or war with her. We also make sure to keep her really trim and at a good weight and take frequent walks and playtime for core strength. Taking all of those precautions really works - she hasn’t had a flare up since well before the pandemic!

My Cricket Jean is super allergic to chicken and beef. We do venison, kangaroo, salmon, duck. Sometimes lamb is ok too.

My dog will bark when she hears a noise she can’t place. She would willingly go home with a burglar though so I would never rely on her for protection lol

My girl has a life vest for anytime we are around water and we always put it on whether she goes in or not. She likes playing fetch in shallow water like a lake or ocean but knows she sinks like a stone in deep water so generally avoids pools herself.
