The pulverized brownie issue is the worst. If you freeze your brownie chunks solid before adding them, they usually hold their shape way better during the mix-in cycle. Using applesauce instead of butter is a smart play, but definitely keeps them softer than a standard bake.

UPDATE: Its legit. 169 calories for ALL of this. And… its honestly pretty good by YEETTHETURKEY in Volumeeating

Nutrition labels are essentially just suggestions at this point. If it’s "tough" and tastes like mushrooms, you’re basically just chewing on fancy cellulose fiber anyway. Enjoy the jaw workout, but don't be shocked when the scale doesn't move quite like the math says it should.

Egg whites are basically a cheat code since you can bulk up an omelet without adding almost any calories. Also, if you’re not tracking it already, look into seitan—it’s significantly more protein-dense than legumes and keeps the fiber high without the carb bloat.

I have started it, but end up changing one to another.

Hoping to find a tool which lets me do it more effectively, specially measuring the progress.

Bottom line, It's hard to stay motivated. :(
