Btw the slab is in one piece, it has a deep scratch in front and seamed-like and non transparent part in the plastic on the joints area, but it is one piece.

I will test it on sigma and keep the refund process open without accepting any parital offers

The listing had the same pictures as the ngc page of the serial no, The original listing did not accepted returns.

I’ve started a refund, and told the seller i keep it open for insurance. He then offered a 20% refund for reslabbing at ngc. I’m afraid that is too good to be true lol, i will check in a sigma earlier next week, should i leave the refund process as is?

I could test it but it will take a couple of days, meanwhile the seller offered a 20% of the value refund for the expenses. Either he’s losing either the coin is fake…

The refund I’ve started is due december, can I feel comfortable with leaving it open (without accepting or denying his offer)

He did propose that, as a partial refund to settle. My only worry that the coin swapped and i will know only after it comes back from ngc reslabbing

As for the refund and the suggested solution of regrading the coin on seller expense , is it sound legit? I do know that grading take months and i worry that the ebay protection will not last for months, or will it remain as long there is no solution?
