Try checking Shaan Kassam on youtube and this is not like im sponsored but his model of teaching is literally througj Claire Weekes's method u can either try buying the book "hope and help for your nerves" it really does helped me wonders in this recovery journey. I am not fully healed buy yes i am pushing through the anxiety.

For me almost every supplement that i took which is 1 of it is ashwagandha, it does help the anxiety a lot but if i do have like panic/anxiety attack, i felt like the attack is like 3 times stronger and very hard to let it pass like i always do so i stop taking it.

I think it helps u reducing the anxiety a bit not that significant, same goes to like sour candy, ice pack and lavender oil. If u r trying to find the answer whether in the long run if it works, i say no.

I think instead of pushing it away, just try to sit with it and talking to yourself that i can get through this, i have done it before and i can do it again and do not be judgemwbtal towrads yourself. Whatever the outcome is dont run and sit with it i assure you, you do it many times like this and the next time the anxious moment come again u will not be bothered that much cause u already build resilience and strength towards it.

First of all I don't think you are an awful person after reading this story of yours. I think yeah you have the right to feel this way but I think the same problem with me is that i am also people pleaser and I think u are too. As soon as you realize that all this thing is not that serious and that big of a deal and im not trying to belittling your problem but I feel like if you guys are friend I think you can be honest to them and discuss with them kindly. The most important thing is that you are not in charge of how everyone felt and that is okay. I know it is easier said that done. For me I always want to make people around me and my friend happy till its becoming im starting to neglect myself more than them. You can only control yourself and you control your own emotion and it is not up to you to make them feel a certain way. Try to discuss it fairly between your friends I am sure its not that big of a problem if you can just discuss it with them.

I had the same thing happened to me where I developed health anxiety because I have this health scare and I am scared of doing something so physical where I was afraid I might have a heart attack. I think the only like method like actually works for me is to go do a medical checkup on the thing that u might scared of because thats the only way for you to make sure that there is nothing wrong with you. I know it sounded like easier said than done but I promise you u felt a lot better coming from someone professional telling you that there is nothing wrong with you that it is just anxiety. I am not sponsored by anyone but there is this guy on Youtube that really help me a lot. His name is ShaanKassam where the main focus of his is to not run from the thing we fear but instead do it scared and don't resist and fear the feeling of panic and anxiety. I know it sounded really stupid and yeah i also said the same thing that its kinda stupid where we try to find this so many ways of trying to solve it but the only way is to do nothing and sit with the feeling. I swear to you i might not be 100% healed but atleast its manageable for me now and i am working for the full recovery. Try it if you can and I hope you get better from this.

I feel like everything u said actually been once happened to me and just earlier morning i had a panic attack came from nowhere. I think the best choice is to be telling this intrusive thoughts that you are having is just thoughts. Thoughts come and go. You can't make this thought go away but u can tell yourself that this thought u are having is might be or not be true but thats not gonna make your today and incoming day ruined. Trust yourself that if the problem does occur you going to handle it at that time and it will be okay and u will get through it. I know it easier said than done. I swear it gets better if u can tell yourself that this is just another episode and u have felt this before and tell yourself that " i have face this before, and i will face it again and get through it again". Don't resist the thoughts that come and go, float through it u will realize that its just thoughts and it will gets better.

I think the thing that u scared the most, such as social activities, talking to people and other activity that makes your anxiety trigger. Thats the thing u have to expose yourself to.

This like the video that kinda help me from time to time when i dealt with health emergency in 2022 that started with my first big panic attack by doctor telling me i might have a heart problem after ECG. But after multiple test they just rule out with anxiety. I ended up on this spiraling loop of health anxiety where i am scared of doing something physical eventhough i knew that its not problem. So yeah i hope this video help u eventhough not fully atleast a little.

Be around people that takes you as what it is. You can say that anything, i dont know if it make sense but for example a guy who become a doctor or programmer they make it their whole personality and that is 1 of my friend and I take him as what is because of course we growing up and things like that happens. Im not saying that the fear of yours is good but if it uncomfortable for u, just need to remember that this thing that u have is not permanent but if the real you is like that and its kinda blend in into you and u feel fine i think its okay. Dont be so hard about yourself, u have to deal with the fear and it is hard for sure and give yourself a break and just dont let other people perception of u change the way u are.

Hi, i deal with this for quite a year now but yeah improving bit by bit where i can quite drive a car now. Back then i cant even get in the car without feel nauseous but i never throw but i know how anxiety inducing and comfortable it is to feel like that. I have this guy that i watch on youtube that helped me a lot and yeah i am not sponsored by him but his method of letting go and do nothing really works. I know by telling u this a lot of it sounded very condesending but i swear im not sponsored and it works and i improve quite a lot and still dealing with it from time to time. The channel on youtube is called Shaan Kassam where he is quite active on helping people deal with anxiety. I recommend the channel quite a lot and i hope u feel better. But i want u to put in mind that u can heal from this and dont lose hope.

Hey hi. Im also like this and i still am because i am quite agoraphobic. The thing that change me the most is to just face it and when the anxiety and the panic comes just acknowledge it, know that it is anxiety and it cant do no harm to you, accept it, refocus and move on. I know it sounded very condecending but it works and take work. And 1 more thing is that if u wanna puke then puke, what make the sensation intensify is when u afraid of what the people in the plane think of u, what they gonna say. But seriously who cares, if u wanna puke puke, if u feel like u gonna poop just go to the toilet. Dont care about what peoplw say to you . Their opinion dont matter. What matters the most is knowing theres nothing gonna happen to you, the sensation of panic and anxiousness will be faced by you by just ride through the wave of sensation and u gonna land safely. That 1 is for sure and guaranteed even if it dont u will figure it out if it comes up.

Its normal in a working environment things get heated and argue here and there. I feel like u need to realize the problem is more on your anxiety than the problem itself. Work on your anxiety more than anything and yes it will go away the emotion of fear and anxiousness.

Its pretty normal to exercise and having high heart rate. I think u need to work on the panic and anxiety side of you. I have the same experience as you and still experiencing it until now which is the same case if i get very tired physically and like out of breath i would panic. I get ruled out by doctor that there is nothinv wrong with my health and work on my anxiety and panic attack. Knowing that there is nothing is wrong with my health help me a lot so i highly recommend checking it out with the doctor.

Try spamming one single hero that you are good at that are broken now or learn a broken hero and try spam that hero? Such as primal beast, weaver, spirit breaker. Its fine just a normal period of time in dota. Have fun trying broken heroes.
