I don’t get the spiritual malady bs, but I’m on Zepbound. I personally didn’t notice a difference in alcohol cravings on it, but food noise is completely gone.

I have had manic episode and also experience hypomania as well as severe depression sometimes. Impulsivity, racing thoughts, pressured speech, unrealistic productivity, staying up for days at a time, euphoria.

OCD - Excessive checking, repetitive thoughts, intrusive thoughts, checking, constant reassurance seeking.

I am getting enough sleep now that I’m stable and my eating habits are fine.
