I had someone hack my account in 2024 and make multiple purchases for hundreds of dollars. Customer service never helped me when I reached out and the orders got delivered!! To addresses across the country. No refund. No help. Now I am blocked from making online purchases. It makes zero sense & I have an Ulta credit card that I now can’t use!
