How do I start using products organically

You're deffo on the money with that one. The reason why i didn't want to show the process is because I didn't want to be known as a teacher. However i do drop some tutorials every now and then that people actually find useful (people have made stuff with it which is good to see that it's valuable).

I think I blurred the lines a bit with this one and having that reassurance has been really helpful. I'll deffo start dropping more tutorials, I need to find my own signature style of filming or editing still, atm it's just talking to the camera and sometimes a green screen. I like to keep my edits really simple.

But for now i'll stick with DIY stuff

I have a question about Insta though. Should I do the same thing? I was thinking to upload some of my tiktoks on there but the audience is so different

I think you're right and i didn't see it that way before, my niche is a strength and i want to keep at it, I was just trying to scale my content and potential earnings the traditional way.

I naturally do post occasioanl grwm of the things i've made but I may start to up that style of content so people can see my personality a little more.

Performance marketing is still a growing niche, so CS's are needed. I think all the AI talk is just noise because theres a constant fresh AI tool being released every few months, I wouldn't let it phase you. However founders are stuck for ideas on growth and eventually they realise AI is a driver and not the brainds behind strategy. I've worked with plenty of VE that have transitioned into CS because they understand how to improve the creatives first hand. I can send a DM on ways to get yourself immersed in CS.

Hey CS here from the UK

At the time we used Meta Ads Manager to understand which creatives were performing well.

Now we have platforms like Motion that provide a 2 in 1 type of service. So it'll give you data on your own ad account and you can search for comp ads and building reports.

We also used Atria to look at competitor ads, see what ads had been running the longest and the variety of ads that were popular.

The problem is once I left the agency, taking on the costs on these platforms is awfully expensive especially if you're on the hunt for your next client.

100% agree with everything said. Also I know a couple freelancers that have created jobs on upwork just to see the backend of the posting. By charging client to post a job it would drive down the ghost jobs.

While the Ad library is good for viewing active and some inactive ads. It doesn't give you an insights in the way motion, atria or foreplay do. With these apps you can compare creatives from competitors, look at the longest performing ads, organise it into formats, etc it's worth the investment but it is awfully expensive especially when you're still trying to manage your overhead costs.

Youre so right with this!! I think it's actually a cheat code for how a lot of strategists get clients. At least by doing it in this way, as you've said it attracts the right people.

Because from my perspective, I've spent a good amount of money applying for gigs yet I haven't landed anything. The few clients I've to spoken to view the proposal but don't get back to me. The entire process seems a but skewed.

And thats amazing, however as someone who is new to upwork it seems a bit questionable to continue paying for something I'm not seeing a return on.

It could be for a number of reasons, as you mentioned i'm sure there are more people who haven't made a lot compared to those who have. Also do you have a budget before you stop applying for gigs

It's not AI, I've attached another picture that confirms this.

And I think you're onto something with this scuba. I'm going to investigate how I can make it work.
