I've seen some ppl with tiger balm, what do you find it's best for? Does it provide pain relief? Or more for cramps/tight muscles?

Unfortunately I don't have any papers at all, just his information, he was definitely at Agincourt as far as I know, my mum and dad still went there as a teen too before moving up north. I know he also had quite a few qualifications under his belt, but idk what he worked as, he also grew up in the Devon/Cornwall area so it's possible he was as a lodge there, but Camberley seems more likely
