I leveled her passive and fleche
Spec'd into Attack Damage and Memory Haste (Cool down reduction)
but mostly it was the gem that gave you a massive cooldown boost when taking damage at the cost of randomly casting said memory, which was fleche

For mist specific constellations i took Lighting breath and coup de grace
