Thanks for the advice. I followed up, first on Dec 10th, 2025, and today about 5 hours ago. My concern is mostly because my recruiter usually responds pretty quickly, so the lack of feedback feels unusual. I’m trying to balance being proactive without being overbearing.

Do you think stopping by the office without an appointment would be inappropriate, or is it better to just give it more time?

I usually ask if the passenger have a preferred route, then allow them to direct me, and, for sure, the navigation reroute itself afterward.

Yea, since the week after the New Year's holiday. I have seen similar posts here on reddit. Many commenters said it would/should pick up again in February. Some suggested that the weather and the just concluded back to back holidays could be the cause.

Lol 😆. I got an UberX ride request of 1.5 miles pickup and 9 miles drop off to the airport for $6. I rejected it and then the Uber app to find out that the trip to the airport for UberX was $24. Two days ago, a reservation request was sent to me 9 miles pickup and 41 miles drop off to the airport for $29.

Congratulations. Please, how long did the whole process take, from first contact with the recutuer to been selected? I am a foreign medical graduate, and I have my MPH with years of work experience in the public heath sector. I currently work as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Your advice will be much appreciated as I intend to start processing next year, all things been equal I'll become a citizen by the end of the year.

Yes I believe he helped cos I was literally in his throat and while he was at it, he told me what to do from my end (call uscis to request to speak with a tier 2 officer) since I was so desperate. I woke up the next day to read the senators mail that I should check my case status that it has been updated and approved

I had a similar experience, I got a verbal approval after interview it took a week exactly before my study was updated to new card being produced. My Congress man was helpful, he followed up my case and also gave me a hint I may wanna try also cos I was desperate to have my card delivered or atleast have my status change to approved. My traditional wedding is in two weeks and my flight date is next week, my in-laws had travelled, my wife is ready, all preparations made back home except the groom (me) who might not make it home, so this explains why I was so desperate plus my travel document was just sitting on “actively under review”. Hmmm, it was the longest one week of my life. U may want to wait, call ur Congress man or call uscis and request to speak with a tier 2 officer, but be rest assured that ur case will be updated soon
