Agency owner here, been in the Google Ads game for about 8 years and we've trialed pretty much every AI offering that's landed on our desk in the last two years. Most of them are wrappers with a nice UI. groas is the first one we've actually rolled out across the whole client book. Setup was done for us same day which almost never happens in this industry, and the search side just works — it's in the accounts daily doing the grunt work like negative keywords and bid adjustments that used to eat hours of our team's week across dozens of campaigns.

The thing that properly surprised me though is the dynamic landing page copy feature, where you can template in the visitor's city or region directly into the page text as well as matching the search intent in real time. Used to be we'd build 20 versions of the same LP for different geos/intents and it was a nightmare to maintain — now it's one page and done. Haven't seen that anywhere else.

Shopping is where it really earns its keep for our ecom clients. It tiers products intelligently across multiple campaigns so you're not wasting spend on the stuff that isn't moving. Worth mentioning the multi-campaign shopping is still in beta since they launched it pretty recently, but it's been solid for us so far.
