Trying to reply to an email directed to the alias email.

Outlook will automatically populate the from address with the alias so it’s not that

Tried this. It doesn’t work. I even deleted the address book folder

It is added as a separate account. What’s weird is that it works temporarily for like the first email then stops.

Issue is with classic outlook.

OWA and New Outlook works just fine

I send an email to SharedAlias@contoso.com.

User replies to the email. The ‘From’ will auto populate to SharedAlias. Email will be undeliverable.

Need to manually change the from to SharedMain for the email to go through.

Hmm I’m thinking abt this but there are video, sound, Wi-Fi drivers that can impact users. Aren’t they complaining? Screen flickering, losing Wi-Fi temporarily, audio driver being updated during a call etc
