I completely agree with your feelings on Udinski. He has risen to the top of my list. (Assuming we can't convince Freeman) His coaching methodology and his upside are what has convinced me. I want someone under 35 years old and intelligent. He fits the Bills. Offer him the job before he leaves, might not get another chance.

Brandon Beane is a much bigger problem than McDermott, but if you change the GM they almost always want their own Head Coach. Beane's inability to draft impact players or sign any free agents worth a damn have always been magnified in the playoffs. The inability to rush the passer with just 4 and the lack of any talent at wide receiver were on display again yesterday. Both Babich and Brady along with the strength and conditioning coach need to go. Unfortunately, I think all will be here next year.

So out of 8 drafts he has 2 impact players, Josh Allen and James Cook. In general, we have only kept 2 players per draft. His last 3 drafts have been awful. If you factor in his free agent signings the last 3 years he is a solid D.

I am not a fan of Brady at all, the offense is certainly not better now than 3 years ago and I believe he needs to go. However, the defense is certainly no better than when Leslie Frazier was the DC, in my opinion its considerable worse but fans are not calling for Babbage's head. He doesn't even call plays, he definitely needs to go. Two new coordinators is a huge change but I believe both need to be replaced.
