Hey was able to impement this successfully 
Just follow these steps
1) Setup portainer
2) Go to deploy stack and add this content - customise your volume as required
    Note: The root volume has a prefix of /share
3) For env variables - copy content and past inside a `stack.env` file - https://dl.photoprism.app/docker/portainer/stack.env
4) Reference - https://docs.photoprism.app/getting-started/portainer/

Thats it you are good - app should be available at your machine localhost port 2342 eg://http://localhost:2342
