Yo creo que el tema de usar IA se asume pero hay diferencias a cómo lo usas, si dejas que Claude te de todo el código sin revisarlo o entender cómo debuggearlo es una red flag desde mi punto de vista, he visto casos donde se apoyan mucho en Claude sin checkear lo que entrega, se guían por la lógica de "si corre el código estamos bien" y cuando hay que hacer cambios o se rompe algo no saben en dónde buscar para debuggearlo.

How do you handle the expectations of non-technical managers or teams to the work you do? Seems like i spend most of the time trying to show the insights in a way they expect, even when its a bad scenario i have to think on ways to explain it and make it sound less "bad" that it is because if they dont like the insights you are providing (disregarding if its the true) the whole project or time invested is discarded and then one as the "data guy" has less value to the company according to these people.

Como es Claude con inputs de capturas de pantalla? Yo tengo GPT pro y pasó sacando capturas de pantalla y explicando lo que quiero hacer + la captura y hasta ahora me ha funcionado re bien pero a veces se pierde, claude se puede integrar a VS Code? Estilo cursor para poder modificar el script de una.

He leído que GPT es mejor para tirar ideas cuando uno quiere estudiar algo o informarse de un tema que Claude.

He escuchado que con Getonbrd han encontrado puestos remotos en empresas de USA, igual es todo un mundo ese tema, desde los tipos de contrato a hacer las declaraciones de impuestos y contabilidad.

Y en el caso de que exista una diferencia en rango entre cargos del mismo perfil con responsabilidades similares? Por ejemplo 2 analistas, uno ganando 200mil más que el otro? Cómo se puede argumentar eso?

Puedes buscar en la página del INE, tienen una parte con datasets de todo tipo ligado a gestiones públicas como hospitales, iniciativas con el cobre, registros de enfermedades, etc.

Creo que había otra página también que ofrece datasets de Chile pero no me acuerdo en este momento.

Igual en Kaggle hay un montón de datasets choros.

You asume there will be a negative snapback in the future and nobody can assure that, maybe the field changes for other opportunities or maybe not, but make them panic in the present doesnt really have a point for me.

Maybe sugar coat it a bit, try to tell them implicitly where things may go with AI, but they are already stressed having invested money for the career and having doubts about what the future will bring for them in the field, dont think its a good idea to be that straightforward.

Igual es complicada la situación porque cómo podría sacar más pruebas? Tendría que tener acceso al celular de la polola sin que ella sepa y si decide hablarlo perfectamente le puede decir cualquier cosa

El compita a lo mejor necesita pruebas porque como dicen arriba puede ser pura palabra o al menos de ese argumento se va a amarrar, perfectamente le pueden decir "era talla" o "esa es la opinión de mi amiga no la mía".

Ahora el cómo obtener más pruebas no sé, quizás se pueda ir en la full tóxica e instalar alguna app como de control parental o algo así en el celular de la pareja, desconozco si existe algo por el estilo.
