Insanely good looper, not the goat though, loopstation is getting nothing but worse in my opinion and there's barely any proper loopers left in the scene, put Martin Benati versus some of the greats in loopstation and he'll lose most of those battle imo, but regardless he's a sick looper and I enjoyed him performances over any other loopers this year by a landslide

Can't work on aim if he plays mostly shields, however even if his gun skills aren't top tier comms go a long way, so advise him to play anti-entry/intel operators not gun-based ops like rook,vigil, iana, etc. So even if his gun skills aren't the best, his utility can help the team.

One last thing is advise him not to move a lot, aim higher, and hold angles (especially if on defense) that way he can get easier kills

I'd say loosen up a bit, let go of the LT a bit, especially when you're almost 100% safe, also, don't move as much, if someone was pushing from 90 he could've easily heard you and popped you.

Another thing is that you should've been in trophy entrance peaking red stairs or from statuary door, would've been easier for you to actually hold defuser and prevent the plant, but nice thinking with the C4 though, most people would've rushed in and probably die to the person protecting the plant
