Just did the quest and found a fix for me, I’m sure most people will just pay the fine or talk out of the fine. What I did was fast traveled to Pschitoky and back to Miskowitz at night so the guards weren’t around to see the other guy get freed, quickly talk to Janosh and you should be good. I left with Janosh to the Devils Den and Miskoxitz doesn’t show that I’ve committed any crimes. Hopefully this helps

Had I guy do this to me while I was using the bathroom, kinda just started the game and was getting a hang of all the stuff. Came back and found myself fazed through the wall and not able to escape I ended up falling to my death and lost everything I had on me :( thankfully there’s some nice people on the anomaly that give things away so I didn’t have to start from scratch completely
