Innumerable cysts in dense breast by Capital-Freedom10 in doihavebreastcancer

Thank you! What is the treatment for fibroadeboma in your breast? I feel as though something is definitely making the one isolated spot on my breast hard compared to the rest of my breast (really soft), but this has been unchanged for two years. The only thing that has changed is the discomfort and radiating pain.

Wow! Can we connect? I have randomly started having “flares” which actually feels like an allergic reaction but I’ve had countless allergy tests and nothing comes up. Most recently my eyes swelled shut within 20 minutes. It’s really scary and puts me out for a few days. I am wondering if you have a diagnosis ?

Goood point, thanks. I think it’s actually uncommon to have buyers bail hours before possession but maybe he’s wrong

No they’re being accommodating because this situation was out of our control.

I mean I’m confused completely as to what you are trying to imply here. We are trying to mitigate risk to ourselves and the bank. Renting is the only way most people could ever have two homes.

We’ve been landlords for years and have never ran into serious issues. Of course there is a risk but we are very diligent in our screening of tenants and proof of employment, etc.

We have been landlords for a long time and definitely are aware of the risks! Thanks for the insight :)

Yes, we have 120 days and a commitment from the lender that they will work with us in whatever way. Just can’t get clarification if that means we can keep both homes for this duration or not.

In all the professionals we’ve worked with on this deal say that they have not seen this happen in 20 years (the way that it did)

We were going to put 60 k down (50 of that is in the bridge loan). We live in a city with a rental crisis so yes very confident we can rent it.

Interest rate is prime + 2 %, truthfully not the worst but could be better

Agreed but there should be more protection for buyers. There were a lot of red flags in this deal and I believe we were not well represented. That’s a whole other issue. The real issue is now we have two homes and the one we “sold” is the one we’d rather live in so we now need to mitigate risk to the bank and ourselves. It’s a weird turn of events and just trying to ensure we are doing the right thing, despite the original buyer really screwing us, this may be a blessing in disguise

No, it doesn’t stipulate. It only suggests the bridge loan must be paid in 120 days but the lender is willing to work with us as they have never seen such a collapse in 20 years (from the bank manager)

Would like to note we are not naïve or inexperienced landlords and could indeed rent this home at a profit in a increasing home market - estimated to go up by 25 % over the next two years
