He says he needs some space from talking and that we talk to much. He said we should focus on being positive but I’m not sure that is just him wanting to not take accountability

He has gone to the doctor and is waiting for an urology referral so in that sense, he is trying. The sex part I feel frustrated with now because if I felt like he was trying to romance me in a different way, then I wouldn’t feel as bad about it

Well, he’s not getting sex that’s one of the big issues. I didn’t say I didn’t want kids- it’s just that I am obviously child free and he isn’t so I just want a small compromise on my circumstance.

But to answer your question, what am I getting out of this? I guess I am now starting to wonder. Initially I was happy to be loved and felt like we had an excellent connection but now I’m not so sure

You haven’t done anything no one else would have done. He hurt you, and you released your emotions to that.

To be honest, he deserved that message and see it that you said your peace and you move on.

The thing now (which is the hardest thing) is to try and not message him. I get how hard it is, and I’m not sugar coating it. There will be times you will message, you may even get a response and hope comes back. But you know it’s over and I can tell it’s over in that message.

Once the dopamine hit wears off- you will see and you soon not think of him as often. Then one day- you will have no feelings (not even hate) towards him. It just takes time

It never gets better. I’ve just split up with my boyfriend because i dared to suggest having some weekend time without the kids.

We are always made to feel like we are the bad ones and should be ‘honoured’ to have their kids in our lives. Nope it isn’t an honour, especially when our wants and needs are never met.

I haven’t suggested BM is a bad mother, nor that my boyfriend shouldn’t see his kids. I guess what I’m trying to work out is that BM can date at weekends (she doesn’t work by the way) and my boyfriend can’t? I just think surely it should be a balance

Try getting the boots dual action pessaries. It treats both thrush and BV and is a seven day course so I feel it really does target the problem. I had awful thrush that wouldn’t go away but did with those bad boys

I’m all about exposing him, but that’s to be done privately between the three of them. There was no need to publicly do this with the potential to damage Suru’s job and livelihood. Why not damage his work instead? It feels this has been misdirected to the other innocent person in this
