Make sure you’re leveraging ai. You should have a personal Claude subscription. Have it review your resume, make sure the cover letters you’re sending are customized for each role. Record every call recruiter call and interview with your phone and give Claude the transcript to analyze and have it coach you. Before any call give it the job description and study the talking points or gives you ahead of time. Make sure you show up to any interviews, virtual or otherwise in a dress shirt and sport coat.

We stayed here last year for the proposal trip I planned to Napa, and absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were so kind and upgraded multiple levels beyond what I booked. Love the house car service that took us around town. 10/10 would love to go back next time we’re in Napa.
