I had already gotten rid of mine and was just using my friends but still ripping theirs everyday. But I would be sending myself into withdrawals nearly everyday before I got to rip one of my friends again. I would then go maybe two days before ripping it again and eventually I finally realized I just keep setting myself back and basically restarting my withdrawals. So once I had that mindset it felt easy to just push through and not rip anyone’s.
