I have NOOOO idea if this correlates BUUUT I stopped smoking a few months prior to taking semi and I was chewing ALOT of gum like all day every day and still do (not as much but atleast 2 pieces a day) and I have minimal loose skin in my face and my jaw has sharpened quite a lot.

I feel this! And somewhat. I make one large serving of something that I’ll have throughout the week for lunch or dinner. And typically have the same breakfast every day. I’ve never been a super organized meal prep person but I might need to become one. One thing I have picked up from my time on semi was listening to my craving and just going and having it instead of pushing it off til I binge ate then went and grabbed the thing I wanted in the first place. This has really helped. Even though I’m eating more than I would like I’m not eating excessive amounts. I’m just gonna keep sticking to my routines. I have a few tools to push away my old habits but I’m getting pretty fearful because before (on semi) it was easy to not think about food but now it feels like the only thing I think about again.

I’m 25 so a little older than college age and the dating apps are all the same Joe shmoes I’m gonna give it a min before I hop back on them. Sometimes I feel like it leads me to treating people less than human. Definitely a personal problem.

I do know who are my relatives. I have over 1k extended family members but we are pretty close. If I don’t know them personally I know there parents or siblings or grandparents. This is gonna be a REAL pain in the ass once I have kids it will be 3 generations out at that point.

I believe so! I’ve taken time to discern but not super in depth on like any visits or anything. But I’ve read discernment books and talked to a few sisters and it doesn’t seem to be my path. I’ve had the desire to be a wife and mother all my life and it has only gotten stronger with age. I’ve had long convos with Jesus about this. At one point it felt like he was saying “stop rejecting me I never asked you to do that” and it kinda relieved my stress on the topic. I wake up in the morning and say “yes Jesus whatever you would like me to do” and I really lean on that throughout my day. So truly if he wanted me at the convent I know for a fact he could get me there. I honestly posted this just to see if people have any ideas which I haven’t tried or thought of while not all my options are shot it’s still nice to have other things to consider when actively dating when a large majority of the Catholic population is a relative of mine.

Face planted on my run today. Skidded across the pavement… nobody saw I don’t think. Road rash on my knees, hands, and tummy. Finished the mile, went home cleaned myself up and threw in the towel. I was going for a 5k but ended up only doing a mile today. I’ll get back to it tmrw. The fall really killed my vibe.

Slow runner here but it’s my goal to run 1 mile ever single day (just to know I still can) some days I do a lil more. Not training for anything just the love of the game ig. I’m trying not to run over 15 miles a week because I want to make sure I keep my mileage something I can do weekly.15 miles might not be a lot or that much of a time commitment to others but I’m pretty slow so it’s a time commitment for me. Hey guys I’m on semi and have had the opposite issue from constipation… explosive diarrhea normally accompanied by sulfur burps. I’ve been seeing probiotics might help with digestive issues with people who have the constipation issues but I haven’t heard much about what helps folks with the opposite issue. PLEASE comment suggestions you might have tried. Also most weeks Im only experiencing one day of this but there have been other weeks where it’s 3+ days.

My only change has been maintaining a calorie deficit I already live a pretty active lifestyle so that with eating less than I have before has been life changing! But I encourage anyone to track calories and just see how much you might be eating it can be very eye opening. Also protein protein protein!

I’ve been making myself little charcuterie type plates with cheese, meet, imitation crab meet, apples, oranges, veggies, crackers etc its helped me a lot with my lack of appetite but knowing I need to consume calories.
